Guests wishing to host weddings, parties, or any formal gathering must book The Bowen Reserve Venue separately and pay the event fee Other things to note Events require approval + event fee No unauthorized gatherings. We are happy to host large groups, but please let us know if you're planning anything special with additional guests on the property. There is a small event fee for these types of events. No animals on the property unless approved with pet fee of $150 per pet per stay Quiet hours after 10pm Venue has two half bathrooms, not full baths Venue is not automatically included in STR booking Smoking is not allowed within the venue or houses. There is a $500 fee per property impacted by smoke odor or damage. Drugs are strictly prohibited.
