Accommodation that can accommodate up to 9 or 10 people maximum. An ideal space to recharge your batteries with family or friends, in a peaceful setting in the countryside. Enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding hills of the Lauragais. The space Fully equipped accommodation, accommodating up to 9 or 10 people maximum, ideal for enjoying pleasant moments with friends and family in the quiet countryside. The cottage has all the comforts you need: Dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, induction hob, microwave, extractor hood, large fridge/freezer, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette machine. We also provide salt, pepper, oil and vinegar for your comfort. Upstairs you will find three separate bedrooms: A bedroom with a bed 140x190 cm. A bedroom with a 160 x 190 cm bed. One bedroom with five single beds. A toilet is also upstairs. On the ground floor you will have: A bathroom and a toilet. A sitting area with a sofa bed for two, and another additional sofa bed. Reversible air conditioning for your comfort. The two accesses to the garden, on the kitchen and living room side, allow you to fully enjoy the outdoors. Parking: two parking spaces in front of the cottage; beyond that, it is advisable to park in the village. Important: We invite you to read and accept our rules before booking: Please do not play music outdoors at any time of the day, in order to respect the neighborhood and other tenants. Playing music inside the cottage is however allowed, provided it is reasonable, as the accommodation is adjoining another. Outdoor lighting, especially in the play area, will be turned off at 10 p.m. The heated and covered pool is accessible from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. It is shared with the owners and tenants, as we live on site. On the property you will find flowers and plants; we ask that you do not play with balloons in order to preserve this environment. For your safety, cameras are installed above the pool and in the parking lot, but only when we are away. A deposit of 300 euros will be required upon arrival. Guest access Guests will have three separate bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, equipped kitchen, dining area, and TV. They will also have access to a private terrace located in the garden. Other things to note Two parking spaces are reserved for the cottage. Otherwise, you will need to park in the village, located 300 meters away. The heated and covered pool is accessible from April to September, subject to weather conditions. It is shared with other tenants and owners, as we live on site. In order to preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, it is forbidden to play music outside. Music inside the cottage is however allowed, provided it does not disturb the neighbors. In addition, the use of buoys is prohibited, except for the youngest children. You will find beautiful flowers and plants on the property. Please do not play ball in order to preserve this environment. Cameras are installed above the pool and in the parking lot, exclusively when we are away. To avoid wasting water, please do not cannonball, jump or dive into the pool. Important: the cottage is equipped for a maximum of 9 to 10 people. Thank you for your understanding.
