Our Strelitzia apartment is 65 square metres in size, with its open private entrance and secure parking, communal pool and barbeque area. The apartment has a open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, with a separate bedroom, with a Queen XL bed and en-suite bathroom. Erica Palm Apartments is a self-catering establishment, nestled in the quiet and green area of Westridge, Somerset West, with easy access from the N2 and R44. Our apartments have lovely garden; mountain and pool views, with big trees, and abundance of bird species; squirrels; geese and guinea fowl that visit through the day. All our apartments are modern, with stylish furniture, giving you space and all apartments are serviced daily or weekly. The apartments vary from 65m2 to 90m2 all with their own private entrance. Each apartment consists of a open-plan kitchen, loung and dining area, main bedroom with en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have an ex-length Queen size bed, fitted with white linen. Some apartments have an additional sleeper couch in lounge that can accommodate children. Included in all apartments are TV; DSTV; Deukom on request; WIFI; Fridge; Dishwasher; Microwave/Convection Oven como; gas hob with all cutlery and crockery. Our premises also has a communal laundry room available. Secure parking is provided for one vehicle per apartment, additional parking can be made available on enquiry. This property has large gardens and a big sparkling pool with water seating to enjoy the sunshine and relax. The pool overlooks our open lapa pit braai area, that can seat 20 + people comfortably. This area is also shaded by a 15m Pin Oak tree. Erica Palms is ideal for leisure and the business traveller alike. A peaceful, close to nature, base from which you can explore the Helderberg; Cape Town; Garden Route; West Coast; Karoo; boasting with Blue Flag beaches; world renowned vineyards and award winning restaurants; hiking trails; fishing; bird watching; Big Five game drives or play a round of golf on the many renowned golf courses, that surround our property. Perfectly situated, we are 20min drive from Cape Town International Airport, halfway to the Mother City, where you can enjoy Table Mountain; visit the V&A Waterfront; Robben Island; Camps Bay; Kirstenbosch Gardens, etc. If you are travelling in the other direction, you can go see the whales in Hermanus; go White Shark diving on your way to the most Southern tip of Africa, Agulhas.
