Our listing is super spacious, newly decorated and offers so much more than a nearby hotel which would charge twice as much. Stay at the former MTV Real World House which has been newly decorated and is better than ever! Beautiful, big and bright master bedroom suite with lovely views of the ocean from your private balcony. The suite measures 700 sq. ft. and has two queen sized very comfortable platform beds. There's fast wireless internet access along with a separate living room area with a sofa and flat screen smart TV with lots of streaming services. The breakfast area has a bistro table with chairs, a microwave, electric tea kettle, coffee maker, small refrigerator and dinnerware service for four with utensils. You can enjoy your breakfast on the balcony while you watch the ocean, surfers and sailboats. The master bathroom is very spacious (110 sq. ft.) with a big walk in rain shower (no use of bath tub) and two separate sink consoles. Bathroom towels, (beach towels too), blow dryer and all toiletries you'd expect to find in a hotel room are all included. As our guest, you have access to a 400 sq. ft. rooftop deck with an amazing panoramic million dollar view of the mountains, city, and ocean where you can hang out on the chaise lounges and take advantage of the year round good weather. Beach chairs are also provided when you head out to the beach. Our lovely house is located on a great walk street only steps to the beach. The master bedroom suite is located on the 3rd floor of our 4,500 sq. ft. home. You enter through the side door of our house, but be assured your privacy is most important to us. The location is unbeatable. Just walk out the door and there are lots of exciting and fun things to do and see. The beach, bike paths, restaurants, shops, Venice Boardwalk, Venice Canals and Abbot Kinney Street are all within walking distance. The Santa Monica Pier and Third Street Promenade are a bike or bus ride away. Malibu, Westwood, Century City, Beverly Hills and Hollywood are just a 25-35 minute car ride (depending on traffic). We're 6.7 miles from LAX airport. An indoor parking space in our home garage can be arranged for a daily fee which is paid directly to the host.
