Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place right in the heart of Rosarito Beach. Only one block away from the beautiful beaches of the Pacific Ocean. Near all the tourist attractions, walking distance to Papas & Beer, Rosarito Inn and many delicious local restaurants and amazing shops. But if you're looking for a quiet and private experience, you can get away from all the noise and enjoy the fantastic sunset right from our wonderful private rooftop. The space A beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house that can host up to 5 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful dining and living room area with locally made Acapulco chairs. Up the stairs there's a full bathroom and the two bedrooms, one with a full size bed and the other with a bunk bed (twin bed on top, full bed on bottom) with big spacious closets to store your belongings in. There's also a private entrance to the wonderful rooftop deck with an incredible view of the Pacific Ocean where you can enjoy the sea breeze and the spectacular sunsets of Rosarito Beach with friends and family. There's a spacious frontyard perfect for a barbecue and hanging out. The reservation comes with one parking space inside a gated area, with the possibility of a second parking spot inside of the premises for an extra fee of $700 per stay (ask for availability!). The parking space fits average sized cars, it doesn't fit big trucks or SUVs. The house is walking distance to the Main City Arts and Cultural Center, which is currently undergoing a grand renovation to host major events. We are animal lovers so we allow pets to join you at your stay with us for an extra fee of $950 pesos per stay. If you are thinking of bringing your pet, please let us know before your check in so we can accommodate and give you the best experience possible! We offer weekly and monthly discounts. We're investing in improvements to make this home even more special and while renovation work is underway, guests will find the property completely comfortable, well-maintained, and ready to enjoy. Guest access We have a keyless entry, so the day of your check in you can feel free to arrive to the house any time after 3 p.m. And you are able to come and go as you please!
