We’re dog-friendly – up to 5 dogs allowed (max 50 lbs each). This is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors or near open doors/windows. Keep windows/doors closed while AC is on to prevent insects, humidity, and mold. Recommended thermostat setting: 68°F to 76°F. This is a privately owned home, professionally cleaned after each stay. No daily maid service. We provide essentials: towels, linens, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Please bring or purchase extras if needed. Toilets are for toilet paper only – all other items (wipes, paper towels, hygiene products) should be disposed of in trash bins.
