Children 3 years and older count as adults. The house is currently only available for the period released in the calendar. Minimum occupancy: 2 nights. The still young and high-quality building consists of the barrier-free ground floor (approx. 90 m²) with living/dining room and modern equipped open kitchen, a bedroom with separate shower bath, guest toilet and cloakroom and the partial upper floor (approx. 45 m²) with another bedroom and additional shower and bathtub. The bedrooms each have a double bed (box-spring) and can be equipped with an additional bed or crib. For another sleeping accommodation (2 people), there is a possibility in a separate room on the upper floor. It can be used by more than 4 people. From the living room you can reach the spacious terrace and the south-facing garden. The apartment is fully furnished and meets all modern requirements. Highchair Bed sheets and towels are available for approx. 1 week. Free Wi-Fi 2 parking spaces for cars and bicycles. Washer and dryer by arrangement. No smoking in the apartment and no pets.
