Guests may enjoy the outdoor areas, dock, swings, pool, fire pit, and balcony, but adult supervision is required at all times, especially around water and elevated areas 🎉 Gatherings & Neighborhood This home is located in a quiet, family-oriented residential neighborhood. • Only small daytime gatherings are allowed and must be pre-approved • 🚫 No parties, events, or disruptive behavior — strictly enforced 🛡️ Safety & Security For safety and security, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras (clearly disclosed and visible). These record motion activity and may be reviewed or submitted to Airbnb or local authorities in the event of illegal, unsafe, or disruptive behavior. 🚭 No Smoking Policy Smoking of any kind — including cigarettes, vapes, and e-cigarettes — is not permitted anywhere on the property. Violations may result in a fine of up to $500. 🛏️ Towels & Linens We provide freshly laundered bedding and towels for your stay, including: • Full bedding on all beds (sheets, pillows, blankets) • Bath towels, hand towels, face towels • Bath mats • Pool towels 🗑️ Trash & Recycling Inside the home, you’ll find two bins in the pantry: one for trash and one for recycling. Overflow items should be placed in the large outdoor bins located by the garage. 🍔 BBQ Grill The BBQ grill operates on propane. A tank is provided. Guests may refill or exchange the tank at any local gas station if needed. 🔥 Fire Pit The fire pit is available for guest use. Please use caution at all times.
