The Space The Attic features two bedrooms : one with a queen bed and another with a full bed. Please note: the full bedroom also serves as a passageway to the outdoor staircase. Large windows and skylights fill the apartment with natural light, giving it a warm and airy feel. You’ll find tall ceilings throughout most of the space, with charming sloped angles that add character without compromising comfort. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated office area, and a bathroom with a shower (no tub). Thoughtful touches like comfortable memory foam mattresses, quality linens, and stylish furnishings make this an easy place to settle in, whether you’re here for a few days or a few months. Access & Notes Access requires climbing stairs: from the street to the yard, then a full flight of exterior stairs to reach the unit, not suitable for guests with limited mobility. Well-behaved dogs may be allowed with prior approval. Due to large low windows and stairs, the space may not be ideal for young children. Location Located in the North Hill area, you’ll be within walking distance to the Round-Up Grounds, downtown restaurants, shops, and coffee spots. Pendleton is a vibrant small town known for its Western heritage, Pendleton Woolen Mills, Round-Up Rodeo, and scenic Blue Mountain views. Whether you’re here for work, the rodeo, or to explore Eastern Oregon’s beauty, you’ll love the location and charm of this home. Guest access Upper unit on home with 2 other units. No shared living space. Private entrance and really small fenced yard. Other things to note Access requires climbing stairs: from the street to the yard, then a full flight of exterior stairs to reach the unit, not suitable for guests with limited mobility. A couple areas were the ceiling lower. Biggest effect would be over the toilet. Mostly would affect men, but I’ve also had extremely tall man. Tell me it’s totally fine. And he liked that the showerhead was high. Well-behaved dogs may be allowed with prior approval. Small fenced area. Due to large low windows and stairs, the space may not suitable for young children. Children must be approved prior to booking. As it is a historic home, front steps without railings. Street parking, please stay in from or side of the home. No additional people in unit are allowed then guest in the listing at any time.
