This seasonal adjustment helps provide a refreshing option for guests during warmer weather. Colder weather it will function as a hot tub. GARAGE: Available upon request. Includes an ice maker machine and 1/2 bath. PARKING: Driveway parking or on cul-de-sac if needed. NO parking on the grass.k Guest access House, yard, & dock Other things to note Wildlife is common in the area, and guests may occasionally see deer near the front of the house, raccoons on the back porch, and hogs or armadillos in the nearby lots. While we maintain the yard diligently, armadillos can occasionally create small holes. For everyone’s safety and to avoid attracting wildlife, please ensure all trash is secured inside the provided cans. It is the coast so many times there will be mosquitoes, bring repellent. No parking on the grass. Cleaning fee includes swim spa cleaning. It is professionally serviced after each guest.
