It is a short walk from the city beach, public dock, skatepark, sand volleyball court, multiple playgrounds and picnic shelters and across the street access to walking paths. It is perfect for boating, fishing, and swimming in the summer and ice fishing, skating, snowshoeing, and nordic skiing in the winter! A beautiful sunset view and all day relaxing year-round! The Space This quaint and cozy family home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully designed to accommodate groups of all sizes: Bedroom 1: King bed Bedroom 2: Two Twin XL beds Bedroom 3: King bed -- that can be converted into two Twin XLs upon request We’re new to hosting and excited to grow—future plans include adding a bunk room and more family activities! This property also includes two full bathrooms: one located on the main level with a walk-in shower, and another on the upper floor featuring both a shower and a bathtub.
