The kitchen comes fully equipped with cookware, dinnerware, glassware, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers, so cooking feels simple whether you’re making a full meal or just enjoying snacks between adventures. With four inviting bedrooms, everyone can settle in and relax. The king suite offers its own private bathroom, while the queen room on the main level includes a workspace for guests who need to get things done. A double bedroom sits nearby, and upstairs you’ll find another queen paired with its own family room for extra privacy. Additionally, a security deposit of $300 may be required for your stay. ** Our property is located within the mountain range, and being so, has a steep and narrow driveway, with potential for rough and/or uneven terrain. ** Guests are welcome to enjoy the front and back of the property, along with all areas on the main and upper levels of the home. The garage and basement will stay locked and aren’t available during your stay. ** Bring your furry friends for an exciting vacation! They’ll love the spacious backyard while you relax on the comfy patio. As fellow dog lovers, we hope these rules are understood: - Pet fee: $150 for extra cleaning between guests. - Up to 3 dogs allowed during your stay. - No other pets; service animals stay for free. - Dog weight limit: 65lbs. - Dogs not allowed on any furniture. - Dogs must not be alone in the house - Up-to-date vaccinations and medications required. ** Please park in front of the house, and when leaving, use the turnaround space near the picnic table to head out safely. Because the home is set within the mountain range, the driveway does have a steep slope—vehicles with 4WD will be the most successful while vehicles without 4WD may find it a bit challenging to navigate. ** Our home sits in a peaceful rural area, so you likely won’t see or hear many neighbors. We do ask that guests keep noise down during late-night and early-morning hours to help maintain the calm atmosphere for everyone nearby.
