Please respect our neighbors and surrounding countryside environment. --- ## PROPERTY INFORMATION This private estate is located on approximately 15 acres of forest-surrounded land in Uxbridge and is designed for family gatherings, retreats, and peaceful getaways. Please note: - Loud outdoor parties and excessive noise are NOT permitted - Respect the surrounding nature and neighboring properties - Treat the property as if it were your own home --- ## SECURITY & SAFETY For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras operate 24 hours a day. Security cameras are located at: - Entry gate - Front garage area - Backyard forest area - Backyard deck and entertainment areas - Exterior corners of the property - Main entrances with smart camera door locks Please note: - There are NO cameras inside the house - Cameras are used strictly for safety, security, and monitoring unauthorized guests or events --- ## PARKING INFORMATION There are approximately 40 parking spaces available on the property. Please: - Park only in designated parking areas - DO NOT park on interlocking stone areas or landscaped sections - Roadside and backyard parking areas may be used if necessary Guests may be responsible for any damage caused by improper parking. --- ## PET POLICY Pets are welcome with prior approval. Pet owners are responsible for: - Cleaning up after pets both indoors and outdoors - Keeping pets on a leash while outside - Keeping pets off all furniture and beds - Cleaning excessive pet hair before checkout Additional cleaning fees may apply if extra cleaning is required. --- ## SMOKING POLICY Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you wish to smoke: - Please smoke outdoors only - Stay at least 20 feet away from the building - Properly dispose of cigarette butts in a safe container - Never throw cigarette butts on the ground due to fire risk --- ## FIRE PIT GUIDELINES Before using the fire pit, guests must check local fire regulations and current fire bans in the Uxbridge area. Important safety rules: - NEVER leave a fire unattended - Fully extinguish all fires with water before leaving - Keep fires small and controlled - Avoid large fires near trees or brush areas - If bringing firewood, please purchase it locally to prevent transporting pests into the area Guests are responsible for following all local fire regulations and any fines resulting from misuse. --- ## BBQ USE - Please use only wood charcoal in the BBQ - Guests must provide their own charcoal - Do NOT burn garbage or foreign materials - Please clean and brush the BBQ grill after each use --- ## CLEANING & GARBAGE Guests are not expected to deep clean the property; however, we kindly ask that the home be left in a tidy condition. Before checkout, please: - Wash and put away all dishes - Remove all garbage from the property - Clean up spills or excessive messes - Return furniture and household items to their original locations Cleaning supplies are available if needed. --- ## GUEST LIMIT & PROPERTY CARE Your reservation is approved for a specific number of guests only. Additional guests must receive approval from the host in advance. Exceeding occupancy limits may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation. During winter or rainy seasons, some outdoor areas may become slippery, muddy, or icy. The property includes outdoor entertainment areas, a fire pit, BBQ area, and large open spaces for relaxation. Guests are expected to use all amenities responsibly and respectfully. For safety and security purposes, exterior security cameras are installed around the property, including entry points, driveway areas, garage exteriors, backyard areas, and surrounding outdoor spaces. There are NO cameras inside the home. This is a quiet private property — no loud outdoor parties, fireworks, or excessive noise after 10 PM. Unauthorized guests or events are strictly prohibited.
