Other things to note Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Early check-in and late check-out are not always available, but we’re happy to try to accommodate when possible. If you arrive early on the day of check-in, feel free to message us to see if the unit is ready. Guest Count Only the number of guests listed on your reservation are permitted on the property at any time unless you receive prior written approval from the host. Exceeding the booked guest count will result in a $100 fine per person, per night. No parties or gatherings are permitted without prior host approval. Pets We welcome one dog with a $200 pet fee. Two small dogs may be considered with prior owner approval. - No aggressive breeds - 50 lb maximum unless pre-approved by the host - No cats (as much as we love them!) Please review the full Pet Rules in the House Rules section before booking. If you instant-book and do not meet these requirements, you will be required to cancel from the guest side. A full refund is provided only at the time of booking. Parking One driveway parking space is provided. Space is limited and may not accommodate large vehicles. Additional options include limited street parking on Douglas Avenue and a nearby free public parking lot. The garage is a shared space used for bike and beach equipment storage. Flood Zone The property is located 3 blocks from the water in a non-flood zone. Cameras Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the building and in shared interior hallways only. There are no cameras inside any private living spaces.
