The Lightning House

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Flagstaff home is on the west side and centrally located. It is in close proximity to Buffalo Park, McPherson Park (which has a disc golf course), and local Flagstaff trails. It is one mile from the north side of NAU's campus and walking distance to downtown. It is about a 20 minute drive to Arizona Snowbowl and about 1.5 hours from the Grand Canyon. It is the perfect location for your Northern Arizona adventure. The space This is a 1700 square foot home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a living room with an electric fire place, couch, two chairs and Smart TV. It has a dining table for 6 and counter that seats three. There is a wet bar with wine refrigerator and sink just off of the kitchen. It also has a game room with a cozy couch, shuffle board table, puzzles, board games and SmartTV. It has its original (sometimes squeaky) hardwood floors (built in 1950), and the kitchen and bathrooms have both been fully remodeled. The mudroom has storage for 6 snowboards or sets of skis and a washer and dryer. Our home is in a well established family neighborhood which creates an experience that is both charming and convenient. Although we love animals, please plan to leave your pets with a sitter. Thank you! Guest access You will have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage. We also put the patio furniture and BBQ away during the winter months (Dec. through March.) Other things to note A high clearance vehicle works best in our driveway. We have parked any truck or SUV without a problem. We have also parked mini vans and Subaru's in the driveway as well without a problem. A low clearance sedan will scrape pulling in and out if you are not very careful. There is a parking on the street as well. Our pipes are old, and all food and coffee grounds should be scraped in the trash, and should not go down the disposal. Our heater rumbles when it kicks on and adds character and lovely white noise to our older and comfortable home.
