The home is only for the number of guests registered at booking. Should more than that number of people occupy the rental without the host knowledge, the rental agreement will be immediately terminated. ✨ DO NOT REARRANGE furniture. ✨ Vaping is ALLOWED ✨ABSOLUTELY NO CIGARETTE SMOKE IN THE HOME!! 🚨If cigarette smoke is detected inside the home, the guest will be charged $100 extra cleaning fee! ✨Please notify the homeowner immediately of any property that was damage by you or your guest during the stay. ✨Please keep property and home clean, the cleaning service will do basic cleaning. Should the home be left excessively unclean there will be an additional charge of $150. ✨Please make sure the oven is left as clean as it was for your stay.
