This cute home features additional sleeping loft suitable for preteens or teens. ( not suitable for young children) This home sits on our 30 acre property. Our home is right next door but you have total privacy. Small dogs considered with prior approval. The space This is a stone 1919 smokehouse, fully restored and remodeled. It sits next to our home on 30 acres. Easy access to town, all paved roads. Beautiful country setting. We also have a 3 bedroom Airbnb on our property as well. It can be rented as a 3 bedroom or a 1 bedroom. Guest access Guests have full use of tiny house and front yard & patio. No use of other property permitted. This sits next to our private home but you have complete privacy. Other things to note This is a 1 bedroom, 1 shower only bath. It also has a sleeping loft reached with a rolling library ladder. It is great for teens or pre-teens but not young children. The main bedroom is a queen, the sleeping loft is a full. 2 small dogs considered for a fee with prior approval, under 20lbs. We have brand new real hardwood floors.
