Unauthorized parties will result in immediate termination of the reservation, and a minimum of $500 fee. - Absolutely no smoking allowed on the property. A fee of $500 will be charged if there is visual evidence or scent detected. - Absolutely no unauthorized pets allowed on the property. Violation of this rule will result in a fee of $500.
