Orange Grove Cottage in Historic Downtown District

Enjoy a unique experience at this centrally-located bungalow. Once surrounded by orange groves, our home has brought the grove to you! Located just off the bike path, take a 9-minute walk or 3-minute bike ride to downtown Mount Dora! Bustling with arts and good food, Mount Dora is a beautiful and quaint town located right on Lake Dora. With over 2 dozen festivals throughout the year, this town is sure to make you some memories - be ready to create one more by staying in The Orange Grove Cottage! The space As you enter the home through the main door, you walk into the living room. This room has a couch and two chairs and side tables. We have board games, reading material, record player and television. Just to the left is the open dining room which has a 4-person table and bar island with two chairs. Just past this is the fully equipped kitchen stocked with coffee and tea and has a Brita water filter. Attached to the kitchen is another door that leads to the front porch that has four rocking chairs. As you walk through the kitchen to the right you one to a hallway that has two doors across from each other. The left is the full bath and the right is the half bath. Straight ahead you come to the queen bedroom that has a closet and dresser drawer system along with a tv. This room has two bedside tables with lamps and ironing board and crib in the closet. In the hallway to the right you’ll come to the king bedroom. This room has a closet, two bedside tables either lamps and a curtain system that can split the room for privacy. Walking through the king room you’ll pass through a door that goes into the laundry and spare bedroom that has a trundle bed with a double twin bed. The curtain in the king room can be used to create privacy as someone is passing through to the spare bedroom. The is another door in the laundry/spare room that leads to the outside back porch that has a propane fire table and chair set which then leads down stairs to the side and back yard. To the left is the backyard and to the right will take you to the carport and driveway. Guest access Entire house and carport.
