Shared washer and dryer available and located on the first floor of the building. Smoke-free apartment. Pet-friendly. Stay within walking distance to local restaurants, independent shops, and Shawnee State University. Other things to note The Landing, a coffee shop, is located on the first floor of the building. They do have live music which can sometimes be heard in the apartment but is wrapped up by 9 or 10 pm.
