From the main level, step onto a massive outdoor deck with a gas grill, lounge seating, and a dining set overlooking the serene property — perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The second story features six beautifully furnished bedrooms, each with smart TVs. Two king bedrooms offer full en-suite bathrooms for added privacy. Two additional queen rooms plus a room with two queens share a thoughtfully designed third bathroom. The sixth bedroom features queen-sized bunk beds, perfect for kids, cousins, or groups of friends. Many of the bedrooms include desks with dual-monitor workstations, making this home ideal for digital nomads or blended work-and-play trips. A full laundry room with two sets of stacked washers/dryers, plus a coffee bar with both Nespresso and Keurig machines, makes mornings effortless. Head downstairs to the basement to discover an entire world of recreation and relaxation. The fully equipped gym features free weights, kettlebells, a squat rack, cardio machines, and a yoga area. Recover and recharge in the wellness suite with a Chilly Goat Cold Plunge and a two-person infrared sauna. The basement entertainment area includes a full kitchen, dining for eight, a huge TV with a sprawling sectional, a pool table, and a dedicated gaming room with an N64, Xbox, and Pac-Man arcade machine. A massive bedroom suite on this level offers two custom queen bunk sets, a pull-out queen sofa, its own kitchenette, and a dual-monitor workspace with two desks — perfect for large families or work retreats. Just outside, the all-seasons room offers ping-pong, lounge seating, and dining for ten, allowing you to enjoy the space year-round. And last but not least, guests will find a beautifully-built hardscape area featuring a six-person hot tub, fire pit, additional grill, lounge seating, and an outdoor dining area. A private dock makes it easy to fish (four poles provided) or launch one of the two kayaks — life jackets included. Layout _____________ Our second story features six bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a laundry room. The 2nd story bedrooms feature one room with a king-sized bed, one room with queen-sized bunk beds, one room with two side-by-side queen-sized beds, and three rooms with queen beds. Two of the bedrooms are suites (with attached bathrooms) and the remainder of the bedrooms share one large guest bathroom. Our main level includes the kitchen, living room, dedicated office, formal dining room, and the primary suite with a king-sized bed, its own dedicated laundry machines, and massive walk-in closets. There's a secondary set of laundry machines on the main floor as well. The main floor also walks out onto our expansive deck with a gas grill, multiple sitting areas, and a dining set. And, the main level includes a 6-car garage. Finally, our basement features two bedrooms, one with two queen-sized bunk beds (so four total beds) along with a separate bedroom with a queen-sized bed. The basement is also home to our gym, spa / recovery room with cold plunge and sauna, a secondary kitchen, a pool table and entertaining area, another dining table with seating for 6, two full bathrooms, and our all-seasons room with a ping-pong table, lounge set, kayaks, life jackets, and fishing poles. The basement all-seasons room then opens to reveal the hot tub, hardscape area, fire pit, and our backyard and dock. Arrive with Ease _____________ Enjoy a seamless check-in experience with keyless digital access. Check-in anytime that fits your schedule, after 4:00 pm. If you’d like an early check-in, shoot us a message the day before your stay. If no other guest is checking out, you’re welcomed to check-in anytime! Lake _____________ We have a serene body of water behind our home which (we think) isn't yet officially named! It's a bit mucky in the summer so we wouldn't recommend swimming in it, but we have kayaks, fishing poles, and a big dock for guests to enjoy sitting out on the water. Rest in Comfort _____________ Sink into soft, plush memory foam mattresses, hypoallergenic down alternative microfiber comforter, crisp clean linens, and extra blankets for the winter in each of our bedrooms. Stay rested with blackout shades or drapes in each bedroom. Sleeping Arrangements _____________ In addition to the eleven (21) queen beds and two (2) king beds, our space features a queen size air mattress and a queen-sized pullout couch. Plenty of extra linens and pillows are available to ensure groups of any size have a comfortable, restful stay. Expectations _____________ 99% of guests are visiting family, friends, on a work trip, or just exploring town. For anyone who intends to have a party, disturb the neighborhood, or in any other way violate our house rules, we want to make clear that: We have a zero-tolerance policy for this. We have noise sensors that alert us if decibel levels pass a certain threshold, and we have unfortunately had to ask guests to leave for violating this rule. Being a good neighbor of the city and the block we are on is very important to us. We have sensors to detect indoor smoking (nicotine and marijuana) and have an automatic $750 fine for violations, and have also had to ask guests to leave early for violating this rule. Parking _____________ Our driveway fits up to six cars plus five to six more cars in our garage. Please note there’s no street parking on our street. If you need more parking space, there is extra free street parking available on nearby streets west and east of us! Entry _____________ The home is fully accessible via a YALE smart lock on the front door. To enter, type the code we provide in your reservation check-in instructions, and press the CHECK to unlock. When leaving, type that same code followed by the CHECK mark and the deadbolt will close. The locks will also auto-lock after one minute if you forget to lock. Our Availability _____________ We are available whenever you need! Please feel free to reach out via the app or website you booked on with any specific questions. For any health emergencies, please dial 911. If a system malfunctions (i.e., hot water not functioning or a light has gone out), please send us a message on the app or website you booked on and we will be sure to address it in as short a time as possible (we usually respond within a few minutes). We also have handymen, electricians, plumbers, and landscapers with whom we work, so for any extenuating circumstances, we will happily bring them out to solve your issues post haste! Extra Sleeping Arrangements _____________ Pullout Couch: Underneath the horizontal seat you will find two fabric handles. Pull them out from under the couch and raise up the extra mattress section from underneath the couch. Remove the couch pillows to make space for two! Air Mattress: Designed for camping, our air mattress is extra-sturdy and provides a wonderful sleeping space for two. To inflate, please plug in the pump and wait for it to charge. Once the light on it is solid (not blinking), unplug the pump, insert the end into the air mattress, and flip the switch to inflate. Extra Linens: In a marked storage bin, you will find extra bath towels and hand towels, pillowcases, a comforter, and an extra set of sheets for the air mattress. Please grab a few pillows from the beds to use for the air mattress (each bed comes with 4 pillows). House Rules _____________ We love hosting folks, so we want to be as respectful as possible to our wonderful neighbors. Since we’re in a quiet neighborhood, we do ask that you follow a few easy rules: - No parties & no overnight guests without prior approval. If you’re looking to host a small gathering, that’s probably ok but please let us know. - Respectful, quiet volume, particularly after 9 pm. - Please leave your shoes at the door. - No pets please, as many of the guests we host have allergies. - No smoking - also, don't discard your cigarettes in house trash cans. They get stinky. - If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair. - Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help. Getting Around _____________ The house is perfectly located for a quick drive to downtown Clarkston.
