Villa Zabbara will be an opportunity to turn your vacation into an all-Sicilian experience. The space The villa has two terraces overlooking one of the most beautiful gulfs in Sicily. A covered terrace with a finely furnished relaxation corner full of ornamental plants, facing the Gulf of Capo Zafferano and behind the green of the Monte Catalfano nature reserve. On the second terrace, you can enjoy complete privacy and quiet, surrounded by greenery, equipped with all the comforts to spend your vacation in complete relaxation (barbecue corner, table with umbrella, deckchair, outdoor shower), the terrace overlooks Capo Zafferano and the small basin of the "three pools", all around suggestive vegetation and succulents. The colors of the sunrise and sunsets spent in these places will be unforgettable, Capo Zafferano turns pink and the seagulls return. The breathtaking view can also be enjoyed from inside, from the bright living room and kitchen, just look around to get the feeling of being suspended in the blue. The house offers a large living room with fireplace (usable in winter and for which we supply wood), dining area and relaxation corner with large window overlooking the sea, connected to both terraces, built-in kitchen decorated with colorful majolica made by local artisans (complete with 4-burner stove, electric oven, microwave and refrigerator), two bedrooms, one double and one bedroom with three single beds (with the possibility of making it double) and a large bathroom with washing machine and tempered glass shower box. The house is finely furnished with a fresh style and attention to detail. All rooms (including the living room) are equipped with air conditioning and a heat pump heating system to ensure maximum comfort even for those who choose to visit us in autumn and winter. Guest access The Villa is located within a residence in a very quiet, peaceful area and surrounded by the greenery of the typical Mediterranean scrub. The entrance is from the gate located on the main road, that is, from Via Francesco Paolo Perez (Bagheria) bordering Via Litoranea (Santa Flavia), from here a steep private road leads to the driveway of the house with parking spaces for exclusive use. A stone's throw from the Villa, there are numerous free accesses to the sea. The coast is full of small coves, each different from the other, each more beautiful than the other; the sea is crystal clear. For you, the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful walk to the lighthouse of Capo Zafferano right below the house, an experience that we absolutely recommend you do.
