It’s a perfect blend of rustic charm/modern comfort waiting to be included in your next adventure or relaxing getaway. The space No matter what reason you need some FUN, RELAXATION or FAMILY TIME, this property has something for everyone! ***ORV/ATV SxS*** We have TONS OF ONSITE PARKING (at least 2 acres) and are less than 3 miles from the Dow Rd/St. Helen Trailhead System (see map photo) ***GOLF*** Located 17 minutes from two of the jewels of northern Michigan golf courses—“The Dream” and “The Nightmare”, you can round up your group for some fantastic days of scenic and challenging golf. The area has several other courses available that might fit your schedule or budget better as well. ***LOCATION: WEST BRANCH*** Right off I-75 exit 212/215 The house is less than 15 minutes away from- Downtown West Branch Shopping at West Branch Outlet Mall Boating/fishing on several area lakes Acres of surrounding state land Meijer/Walmart/Walgreens Home Depot/Ace Hardware McLaren Hospital West Branch Cinema3 Several places of worship Two bowling alleys Several resale stores Numerous restaurants/pizzerias Coffee shops that are the bomb! ***THE HOME*** Step inside and you’ll find warm wood tones, inviting living spaces and plenty of room to gather. You can sign in to our high speed WiFi for calling, texting or connecting to the internet. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a Smart Roku TV, direct access to a full bathroom, a walk-in closet, blackout blinds and built-in phone chargers in the nightstands. Both living rooms offer comfortable reclining furniture, Smart Roku TVs, phone charging stations and plenty of seating. ***THE REC ROOM*** Rain or shine, summer or winter — take a dip in your very own indoor pool. Set at a temperature of 85-88 degrees, it will provide a nice relaxing float to start or end your day. (Floaties and pool towels are provided) Challenge each other to a game of pool or start an 8-ball competition on the custom billiards table with hand-carved eagle claw feet and pearl inlays. The card table will accommodate 6-8 players for an exciting game of poker-or maybe you prefer to partner up for some euchre games. (Cards, dice, darts, pool balls and board games are provided.) ***COFFEE AND WAFFLES*** Your “Good Morning” coffee bar is fully stocked with various Keurig pods, whole coffee beans with grinder, a French press and Mr Coffee drip machine. If you prefer tea or hot chocolate instead, we’ve got you covered. Complete your morning with a freshly made waffle from our fully stocked waffle bar. (Locally sourced pure maple syrup is provided) 🌲 ***THE OUTDOORS*** Step outside and explore an abundance of trails, wildlife and fresh air. Keep an eye out for deer, squirrels, foxes, hummingbirds, wild turkeys or even the neighbor’s friendly black German Shepherd, Brody, who loves to visit. The deer come in nightly looking for corn, carrots or apples. Feel free to bring some feed for them if you want them to hang out longer. While exploring, you might notice a small hunting cabin tucked away in the back acreage — this is used during hunting season and adds to the rustic charm of the property. There is no access off-season but arrangements can be made to make it available for you in-season. Outside you’ll have complete access to the patio area. You can grill up steaks, fire up the pit 🔥and gather under the moon and stars. Great conversations await! 🌙🌟 Other things to note We’re all adults but we still need to say… No pets, candles or smoking of any kind, including but not limited to cigarettes, vaping, cigars, marijuana or similar in all interior areas. Please smoke outside only. No additional guests without our expressed consent (whether they stay overnight or not) There is a large rustic fire pit next to the cabin out back but it cannot be used under any circumstances. Due to local laws, safety regulations, and fire risk, use of this pit is strictly prohibited. We want to ensure your safety! The property lines are clearly marked with orange paint, so you’ll always know your boundaries when exploring the property. We’re located on a privately-maintained little road with the most awesome neighbors. Please obey the 15 mph speed limit with all vehicles for safety and maintenance reasons. ATV/ORV/SLEDDING enthusiasts: The St Helen trail system is less than 15 minutes away from the house with miles and miles of sxs/snowmobiling fun—year round! The trails are well-groomed and maintained, perfect way to spend the day. There are plenty of other local trails available as well, including the Frank Alley memorial which is super close. We have added a large mudroom/changing area for mudders inside the garage for your convenience. It has benches, hooks and we’re still working on it… As of 11/29, it will be perfect for y’all by 1/15/26. 🥰 There is plenty of parking available for your cars, trucks, trailers and ORVs. (Please park to the left of the driveway/garage and refrain from driving your ATV/ORVs in the back 10 acres) Thank you! 😊
