Our western Pennsylvania home nestled in the mountains of the Laurel Highlands provides accommodations for the outdoor lover and is perfect for laid-back escapes. This property has three bedrooms, one with a jacuzzi, and large deck with river views. Less than a mile from the GAP trail, the Youghiogheny River lake, and a short drive to Ohiopyle, Mt. Davis, Seven Springs, and Falling Water. The space Shoreline Estates consists of three floors. The main level consists of three bedrooms (one with a large spa tub), a full kitchen, living and dining areas as well as a large deck overlooking the river. The upper level consists of four bedrooms, a full kitchen, living and dining areas, and a large deck overlooking the river. All bedrooms have their own access code, and private bathroom. The lower level consists of two hotel suites, one of which is handicap accessible, and two hostel areas. One hotel suite has two double beds and a private bathroom, and the other handicap suite has a queen bed and twin pull out sofa as well as a private bathroom. The hostel area consists of two areas each with two twin beds, two sinks, two showers, and two toilets. All guests have access to the laundromat, and general property grounds. There is off road parking, and bike racks as well as some interior spaces to store your bicycles as well. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property and grounds.
