Enjoy a gourmet kitchen, spacious dining & living areas, plus an outdoor kitchen, fireplace & NEW hot tub. A private gated entrance, wraparound porch, & peaceful pond make it a relaxing wine country retreat while being minutes to downtown Ashland Our onsite caretaker also has a cat you may see on the property The space Bedroom 1: King bed w/ensuite bathroom (shared with bedroom 2), TV, fireplace, and patio access Bedroom 2: Loft style and requires a spiral staircase- king bed with wall to wall couches (perfect for kids!) and large TV. Note- this room shares a bathroom with bedroom 1 Bedroom 3: Requires stairs- queen bed Bedroom 4: Requires stairs- twin over twin bunk bed with twin trundle, a full bed with a twin trundle Bedroom 5: Requires stairs- 2 twin beds. Acts as passthrough room to get to bedrooms 6 and 7 Bedroom 6: Requires stairs- twin bed. Acts as passthrough to room 7 Bedroom 7: Requires stairs- 2 queen beds. Must pass through room 6 to access Bathroom 1: Bedrooms 1 and 2 share the large primary bathroom on the first floor. Bathroom 2: A 1/2 bath just off the dining room. Convenient for use from the living room and kitchen areas Bathroom 3: Full bathroom with walk in shower shared between bedrooms 3-7 Guest access Guests will have full access to the house, wrap around deck, hot tub, parking area, pond with dock and seating, outdoor kitchen, outdoor fireplace, and side yard. During the colder winter months, the outdoor kitchen’s water supply is turned off. If you’d like to use the propane grill during your stay, just let us know at least 24 hours before your arrival and we’ll make sure it’s ready for you. A caretaker lives onsite, so you may occasionally see them in the shared driveway or around the garage working on property improvements. A friendly onsite cat may also wander by during your stay at Meadowsweet. Other things to note Please note, we are happy to accept up to two well behaved dogs per reservation with a $50 per pet per stay fee (sorry, no cats or other animals).
