Other things to note Being that the house is seaside it can result in specific odors and humidity that are out of our control. Being so close to the beach can result in strong wind, so there may be some sandy dust inside the condo. Rest assured the place has been deep cleaned. Living seaside can result in finding some insects inside the house despite the place being recently cleaned.
