Inside, the open-concept living area centers around an 85-inch 4K Smart TV, ideal for movie nights or game days. Whether you’re here for a family vacation or a "work-from-lake" retreat, we’ve provided high-speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace to keep you connected. Guest access Private Waterfront: Direct access to Okmulgee Lake with a private boat slip. Parking: Ample space for multiple vehicles and your boat trailer. Please do not park on the grass. Other things to note Lake Safety & Supervison: "Because we have direct lake access and a private dock, children and non-swimmers must be supervised at all times. There are no lifeguards. Please bring your own life jackets as we do not provide them." Boat Dock/Slip: "We provide a covered boat dock w/slip for your boat should you bring your own. You are responsible for all safety equipment, appropriate licensing and any damages that may be caused to the property or others." Nature & Insects: "As this is a wooded lakefront property, you may encounter local wildlife and insects (including mosquitoes and spiders). We recommend bringing bug spray for outdoor evenings." Terrain & Accessibility: "The trail to the boat dock has rocks, logs, is slightly steep and unpaved. Please wear appropriate footwear. This area may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility." Seasonal Lake Levels: "Okmulgee Lake levels can fluctuate seasonally. This may affect the depth of the water at the swim platform. No diving! Swim at your own risk." Pet Policy: "We love pets, but they must be disclosed at booking and fee paid. Please keep them off the furniture and clean up after them in the yard." Fire Pit Protocol: "Firewood is provided.
