Welcome to Kühlungsborn-Ost! A friendly 1-room apartment with a side view towards the marina and sea as well as a sheltered loggia awaits you. Close to the harbor, beach, promenade and various leisure activities. The space Small but fine! The cozy 1-room apartment on the second floor offers you ample space for 2 people on 22 m² of living space. The small living and sleeping area is furnished with a seating area. A small oasis of well-being awaits you here. A flat-screen TV and a music system with CD player provide entertainment. Various books and board games are also provided. A large double bed offers you a restful sleep. So you can start another eventful day fresh and lively. The living and sleeping area is adjacent to a pantry kitchen, which is fully equipped. Quickly and easily you can conjure up your favorite meal here, which can be eaten at the small dining table. The bathroom has been newly renovated, you now have a real glass shower with a low entry. The bathroom also has a toilet, sink and towel radiator. The wellness and leisure oasis "Kübomare" is in the immediate vicinity. Here you can use the swimming and sauna area for a fee. For shared use, two coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the basement of house 7. We provide free WiFi for our guests. It's a volunteer, extra service. We do not guarantee the availability, speed or functionality of the wifi. - Smoking is allowed on the loggia. - Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this apartment. Other things to note Final cleaning is included in the price. The initial linen set (bed linens and towels) can be booked for an additional fee of €25.00 per person. If you would like this option, we ask you to let us know at least two days before arrival. Please note that the tourist tax must be paid on the day of arrival. Guests 16 years or older pay €3.00 per night from May 1st to September 30th and €1.60 per night from October 1st to April 30th. Children under 16 do not need a spa card. The tourist tax is paid on the day of arrival at our office. You have the option to pay with a debit card.
