The living room sectional does not have a pull-out bed but may accommodate a 7th guest for those willing to sleep on top of the couch. For reserved parking, the 500 N Broadway Lot and Huron Garage are the two closest options - Metered street parking is often available throughout the neighborhood and 2-hour time limits apply from 8am-6pm Mon-Fri and 8am-6pm Saturday - Loading zones are often available directly outside the building Fees & deposit: - Service fees of up to 20% will apply if you choose to book through 3rd party sites like Airbnb - A flat rate cleaning fee applies to each reservation - Bookings are subject to a $200 refundable security deposit.
