Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Enjoy this quaint, peaceful 100 year old remodeled home that has the old mixed with the new. Learn about the family that lived and raised their children here. Spend a day at Smith Mountain Lake, hike Thomas Jefferson's beloved "Peaks of Otter", visit the Bedford Boy's Museum, have lunch or dinner at the famous 'Liberty Station', visit Historic Appomattox and more! This house sleeps 10-12. The space Our home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one large living room down stairs, a family room upstairs with a futon that can sleep two, a dining room, kitchen breakfast nook, work station, and laundry room. There are two spacious porches with rockers to enjoy your morning coffee or the evening breeze and a nice chat. We have an outdoor patio with a grill for enjoying your dinner and fresh air. Guest access Our guests have access to the whole property except the garage and the storage area in the back of the house. Other things to note If you have additional guests and need more sleeping space, there are multiple air mattresses and bedding available. You will just need to request them.
