The dining area can be used as a work space. Wifi access is included. Property is fully electric with washing/dryer machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher all in the kitchen units. Hob is electric. Microwave in kitchen as well as toaster and kettle. The bedroom The bedroom has a double bed. Wardrobe for clothes and shoes which also has one half of space allocated to ironing board, iron and clothes' horse with some useful cleaning equipment. Towels and hand-towels provided. The bathroom Bathroom has large walk-in shower with no step. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided, as is hairdryer. Heated towel rail. Toilet and wash basin. Toothbrush/shaver charger. Outside area Outside the front door, there is a small private courtyard. When the weather gets hotter, we plan to provide a seating area to relax outside. Parking is directly outside the property. You can drive right up to the wooden fence where you will see a 'please park here' sign. Enter via wooden gate there is a key lock-box located inside courtyard, directly to the left-hand side of the main front door. Guest access Guests can use parking space provided outside property. Guests have private use of courtyard and whole of property. Other things to note House rules: We do not accept pets No smoking inside the property We prohibit parties and additional unregistered guests For long stays: Please liaise with myself as to how you wish to organise cleaning for reservations longer than a week. As the Studio is self-sufficient and has a washer/dryer and cleaning equipment - you may prefer to wash the linen and do the cleaning yourself. Otherwise, we can provide cleaning services for an extra charge of £8 per clean.
