Refundable Deposit – £150 A £150 hold will be placed on your card and automatically released after your stay if there are no damages or issues. Damage Waiver – £30 (non-refundable) Covers accidental damages up to £30 (e.g., minor scratches, stains, or broken items). Unreported or intentional damages are not covered and may result in additional charges. For reservations longer than 14 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is required to help maintain the property’s good condition and ensure standards are consistently upheld throughout the stay. The cost of this mid-stay cleaning is the same as the regular cleaning fee.
