This spacious 1BHK is centrally located in Whitefield. It's on the 3rd floor of a residential building without lift. There are pharmacies, bakeries, grocery shops, liquor shops, restaurants within 0.5km of this building. The apartment is only given out fully at one time so you will not be sharing the space with anyone. It's self check in by using a lock box outside the main door (the code will be shared before checking in). The space The apartment is stylishly furnished taking into account a traveller's every need. The house opens up to a spacious living space which has a comfortable sofa bed (which opens up to a comfortable queen size floor mattress), a day bed, a coffee table, 40 inch smart TV, dining table with 2 chairs. The decor has been done to give a warm & cozy experience. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooktop, kettle, microwave, toaster, cutlery, cookware, serve-ware, kitchen tools, basic masalas, tea, salt, pepper, etc. One just needs to bring in ingredients (or get them delivered) to start cooking. There's also a water purifier & a refrigerator in the kitchen. The bedroom has an AC, queen size bed, comfortable mattress and bedside table. However the property doesn't have 24/7 power backup. The bathroom is a full bathroom with a wash basin, shower, WC, soap & shampoo. Guests can get swiggy, zomato, blinkit, instamart, zepto deliveries right to the doorstep. There's a common washing machine & a dryer in the building which can be used. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTES: * 11pm to 7am are strictly quiet hours. * This is a residential neighbourhood and we cannot have other residents and neighbours disturbed (especially during the night). * There is no dedicated parking here. You can park on the street. All guests have easily been able to do that.
