The space A 3-bedroomed cedar-cladded contemporary home with a large, fully enclosed dog friendly garden, parking and totally open planned downstairs with cloakroom and underfloor heating. 3 bedrooms upstairs - a master with king sized bed and en-suite shower, a double (with TV) and a twin. Family bathroom with large bath and hand shower. Accommodates 6 adults max (plus one extra child) Guest access Guests have access to all rooms of the house and garden. Guests welcome to use any tins/condiments/packets/herbs etc in the cupboards and anything in the fridge but please don’t use the freezer. Cash donation appreciated if wine from wine rack used. Washing machine/drier in the cupboard under the stairs can be used. Other things to note The house is suitable for dogs with lots of lovely walks nearby, but please respect my wishes of not allowing the dogs on the beds. Please bag up dog mess and put in the black bin. This is a very quiet neighbourhood so please keep noise to a minimum especially after 9.00 pm.
