The 40-square-meter apartment, ideal for two people is just a 10-minute walk from Bari Centrale station, Aldo Moro University and Petruzzelli Theater. An excellent location to visit Bari comfortably and without vehicles. On the same street is the Conad supermarket; in addition, in about twenty minutes on foot you can reach the beach or the center. Free herringbone parking is available in front of the apartment (not guaranteed). The space The 40-square-meter accommodation is on the second floor of a building without an elevator: it is therefore necessary to climb 20 steps to access it. The interior space is composed as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, mini fridge, electric kettle, coffee machine and microwave - Living area with sofa, split A/C and 32" Smart TV with Amazon Fire Stick (NO ANTENNA) - Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C - Toilet with toilet, bidet and shower stall - Balcony. Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split heating, drying rack, iron and ironing board. OTHER INFORMATION: - The keys to the front door are located inside a safe that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in. - Parking is not included, but there are free parking spaces under the house (NOT guaranteed). Alternatively, on the other side of the road (Largo Ciaia) there is a municipal parking lot for a fee. Guest access The whole place is at the guests' disposal.
