Description
Brand new 2 bedroom house tucked away from the road with a beautiful south facing private garden. Downstairs is open-plan living with well-equipped, high-spec kitchen; lounge and squishy sofa. Patio doors open to a terrace with table and chairs. Upstairs two king sized beds and a bathroom with walk in shower. Perfect location with pubs and park <3mins. Lanes and beach 10mins. Station 15mins. The space Large open plan downstairs which is bright and high ceilings. Super cosy and comfortable thanks to underfloor heating, triple glazed windows. Downstairs loo next to the front door. Patio doors open to a south facing terrace with table and chairs. It’s an absolute sun trap… at least 5c warmer than out on the street! Kitchen: large island kitchen. Brand new appliances include dishwasher, fridge-freezer with ice maker, oven, washer/dryer, toaster. Enough utensils to cook/bake to your hearts content. Coffee press and mokka pot provided. Upstairs Master bedroom has king sized bed with a medium to firm natural material mattress, Egyptian cotton sheets and wool-mix duvet. Second bedroom has a king sized foldaway bed with mattress topper. We leave it set up as a bed but if you want to fold it away and use the desk instead you’re welcome to. Bathroom has an awesome walk in shower, heated towel rail and well lit mirror. Guest access Full use of the house Other things to note LONGER STAYS: For guests staying 2 weeks or more, we will arrange a mandatory clean by a professional cleaner. This will happen at the end of every week of your stay and will be at no extra cost to you. The cleaner will let themselves into the house with a key; typically around 11am for 2 hours. Laundry is not included in the mid stay clean. If you wish for the bed sheets and towels to be exchanged it will be an additional £26 which I can request in the Airbnb app. Otherwise you are welcome to use the washer-dryer whenever you wish! PARKING: There is no private parking spot and public / street parking across Brighton is tightly controlled. Read on if you wish to bring a car... Parking in the Hanover area (Zone V) is strictly controlled and reserved for residents. It can get pricey / be a hassle. If you need to bring a car recommend the following options: Nearby roads: 4hrs MAX - Use Paybyphone app; enter code on lamp post • Queens Park Road: Most reliable for availability. Check the section near the Pepper Pot. • Southover Street: Limited spaces near the pubs. • Elm Grove: Frequent availability at the lower end near the church. For any overnight duration, your best option is to check JustPark or YourParkingSpace on your dates. Search for "BN2" on these platforms to rent a private driveway or dedicated space from a local resident. Cost: ~£10–£15 per day (cheaper for weekly/monthly bookings). Otherwise... SHORT STAYS (1-2 Days) Phoenix Place, 7 Phoenix Place (10mins); London Road Car Park (Nearest Multi-Storey, 12mins) Cost: ~£15–£25 per 24 hours. LONGER STAYS (3+ days) Brighton Racecourse (Freshfield Road) BN2 9XZ (approx. 15-minute walk/short bus ride). Cost: Currently FREE. Though please check their website and of course check signs when you leave the car. We can't be held responsible for any unforeseen fines or break ins.
