The bedrooms and living room overlook the sea and the town. The apartment has 2 bedroom. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom has two single beds, comfortable mattresses and high quality beddings. There is a fully renovated bathroom, kitchen and living room. In the living room there is a sofa. There is central heating and air conditions (cold and hot) Breakfast and other meals can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen which has an electric cooker, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave, cookware etc. We offer free coffee, tea and homemade cookies. Living Room - The main living area of the apartment is spacious, bright and sunny. Provides comfortable sitting and a 55” 4K smart TV with Netflix and other streaming services. There is access to a nice private balcony. Kitchen & Dining area - There is a dining area for 4 and a modern fully equipped open plan kitchen with oven, stoves, microwave, refrigerator / freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle and all the cookware necessary to make a meal. Bedroom 1 – Spacious, sunny and airy bedroom with a king size bed. The bed have high quality mattresse, linen and pillow. Other things to note If needed, there is space to leave your luggage before check-in or after check out. Our house is located on the hillside. The sea is 1.2 km away from our house. Supermarket is 1.9 km away and other mini markets and bakery are 600 - 700 meters away. My parents live downstairs, so they are on hand if you need them but we aim to give guests full privacy and remain absent unless needed. Note about taxes: As of January 1, 2025, the Greek government has re adjusted the Climate Change Resilience Tax as follows: 8 euros per night for the months of April to October, and 2 euros per night for the months of November to March.
