The house is located on a mountain and grass plot with a nice sea view, in a quiet and well-kept area, with walking distance to Fjällbacka (1500 m) with its wide range of everything from grocery stores and shopping to restaurants, excursions, swimming and various sports activities (golf, paddle, tennis, etc.). The nearest swimming area is about 700 meters away, but at a little longer distance there are several swimming areas with diving towers, beaches, rocks, etc. Other things to note Take the opportunity to visit other of the west coast's gems that are within a few minutes' drive.
