Renovated in 2020, Hoef&Hei is ideal for a stay in a green area with plenty of space for your children/dog and peace and horses. Also, there is the possibility to use the Jacuzzi in our garden. The space Gastenverblijf Hoef & Hei is a stone's throw away from the Rucphen heath and forests near Roosendaal in West Brabant. The house is on a long driveway from a dirt road, hidden among trees. Despite the very easy accessibility from the A58, it feels wonderfully hidden. You will be welcomed by the owner who lives with her family in the house next to the guest house. The vacation home consists of a living room with sitting area, dining area and kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden. The house is therefore suitable for 4-5 people. The kitchen is in the living room and has a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, gas stove, Senseo coffee maker and combi microwave. The living room also has a sitting area with wood stove, TV and DVD player, DVDs, books and games, and French doors and a dining area. Bedroom 1 has a double bed of 1.60m wide. If desired, a cot can be added. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and a pull-out bed. Or, if you wish, it can also be placed as a double bed. The bathroom with spacious shower, washbasin and toilet is directly accessible from both bedrooms. There is also a hair dryer and first aid kit. Outside, there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the green surroundings. There is the possibility to use the luxury Jacuzzi in our garden for an additional fee (until 11 p.m., children only with adult supervision and provided they are potty trained). In the summer, there is usually a swimming pool in our garden. The children have plenty of space to play and discover which animals can be seen in the garden. Of course, you will see our border collie and our cats regularly. In addition, we have already seen all kinds of wild animals in and around our garden: deer, hares, rabbits, a peacock, owls, hawks, buzzards, hedgehogs, squirrels, foxes, salamanders, butterflies and dragonflies. In addition, you can enjoy the view of our two horses in the meadow/paddock right next to the guesthouse. Of course, your children can help with the care of the horses if they want. Would you like to bring your own horse? Ask about the possibilities. Guest access You have an independent vacation home exclusively for your use during your stay. You have your own outdoor space with terraces and playground equipment and sandbox. You may also enter the rest of our grounds, where there is, for example, the trampoline, a cottage with outdoor toys, a soccer field, the swimming pool (summer), the Jacuzzi (for an additional fee, 9 a.m. - 11 p.m., children only under supervision and provided they are toilet trained), a track along the outer edge to explore. Only the area where the horses are located is not allowed without our permission.
