The space This modern home features eight well-sized bedrooms and six bathrooms, including multiple ensuites. The layout has been thoughtfully designed for group living, with several separate living zones allowing guests to gather comfortably while still enjoying privacy. The open-plan kitchen and dining area are ideal for preparing meals for larger groups, and the spacious outdoor area provides additional room to relax. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, outdoor space and parking areas. Parking: Please note that the garage is currently not available for use. Guests are kindly requested to park their vehicles in the open space in front of the garage. Other things to note • Quiet hours after 10pm • Only registered guests are permitted on the property • No smoking inside the home • Respect for neighbours is required
