Requests should be made in advance, with an additional charge of $100 per hour, up to 12:00 PM. Failure to notify host will incur charges. Lockout Fee: A $200 lockout fee applies if you lose your key or lock yourself out of the apartment and require assistance to regain access. Events & Parties: We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy for parties and loud music. If noise complaints are made by other residents, building security will be contacted, and guests will be evicted from the apartment without refund. Identification: We may request ID after booking for legal or compliance reasons as per Airbnb’s off-platform policy.
