The cottage has been fully renovated and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Guest access Guests have exclusive private access to The Cottage including front and rear fenced yard. While the cottage is fully self-contained, fenced and separate, you may see residents from the neighbouring main dwelling on the property next door and paddock area. They will respect your privacy, and we kindly ask that guests do the same by not entering the main property or paddocks. Alpacas can be fed hay through the fence at the rear of The Cottage which backs onto one of the paddocks. Please don't enter the paddocks. There is a large shed adjacent to The Cottage driveway which has a roller door opening to the front driveway - please keep clear access between the roller door and front driveway at all times. Other things to note • No fires during the fire danger period, as declared by the CFA (typically mid-November to May) or on Total Fire Ban days • No parties or events • No pets (due to alpacas and local wildlife) • No commercial photography or filming without prior written consent
