The space This is a private entire-place condo in a beachfront community. The unit is on the ground level and is designed for easy access no stairs from parking to the apartment and shared areas. The community includes a pool and direct beach access. You’ll have the comfort of a home with the feel of a resort. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and shared community areas: pool and beach access (as permitted by the community). Parking is available as assigned/indicated. You’ll receive check-in details before arrival, including entry instructions and any community guidelines. Other things to note Please note: the beach in front of the property is mainly a surfer’s beach, not a swimming beach. It is perfect for sitting with your beach chairs, enjoying the ocean breeze, relaxing, and listening to the waves. At times, the ocean comes over the rocks and creates small natural tide pools where guests may cool off, get their feet wet, and enjoy the water safely. We always recommend being mindful of ocean conditions and enjoying the beach at your own pace.
