Reservation options: Up to 2 guests: You will have access to the green bedroom (R2 on the floor plan) and the main bathroom (B2 on the floor plan). From 3 to 4 guests: You will have full access to the entire apartment, including two bedrooms and two bathrooms. For 5 or 6 guests: In addition to the full apartment, the pull-out sofa bed in the living room will be available. Transportation : 2-minute walk to Tram Line 1 (Via Venini/Via Sauli stop) - connects directly to Milano Duomo, Central Station, and major attractions 5-minute walk to Rovereto Metro Station (M1 Red Line) - direct access to city center (Porta Venezia, Duomo, Sforza Castle) Multiple bus lines (43, 87) right at your doorstep Easy access to Milano Centrale Station (Europe's 2nd largest) - perfect for day trips across Italy and Europe 30 minutes from Linate Airport on the metro 60 minutes from Malpensa / Orio al Serio airports by bus that leaves frequently near Central Station The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including an oven, induction cooktop, fridge, dishwasher and Nespresso machine - great for preparing home-cooked meals. There are two full bathrooms with spacious showers. There is air conditioning in each bedroom as well as in the kitchen/living room. The system is managed by the host and operates in compliance with city regulations, which require a minimum temperature setting of 26°C during the summer. During the winter months, the apartment is heated by a central heating system with radiators. House rules: Max. 6 guests No smoking. If any sign of smoking is detected by the host, an additional cleaning fee of €100 will be applied No pets No parties No vacuuming or making loud noise after 10pm (showering and flushing toilets is fine though) Please take good care of the apartment and appliances; if damage does occur please notify me as soon as possible. Please note that you are liable for any damage caused by you or any of your guests. Children are welcome, but please ensure they do not damage the property. Available upon request: Extra towels (1 large towel, 1 hand towel and 1 face towel are provided per person) Extra blankets Extra pillows Camping cot for babies and infants Before you leave: Trash You must take out all your trash and leave it in the appropriate bins in the condominium before you check out. Under no circumstances should you throw the trash from the apartment in the public trash cans. Doing so will subject you to fines. Linens You may leave your sheets on the bed and towels hung in the bathroom, but please let us know in advance if there are any major stains/issues. Guest access We always prefer to welcome you in person to introduce you to the property and ensure a smooth arrival. Check-in is available from 15:00 to 19:00. If your flight or train arrives later, please send me a message so we can arrange a late check-in. Checkout 7:00-11:00 (if your flight/train leaves earlier please message me so we can arrange an earlier checkout) We cannot store your luggage, but we can provide names of places where you can store your luggage near the Centrale Train Station.
