All bedrooms are of similar size and layout. Other things to note -This property is best suited for quiet family stays and extended family groups. Parties, events, or functions are not permitted, and only registered guests may stay overnight. -Quiet hours apply between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment. -The property includes outdoor and natural areas, including an artificial lake. Swimming, wading, or entering the lake is not permitted. -Children must be supervised at all times when outdoors. -Open fires, fire pits, bonfires, or any form of outdoor fire are not permitted anywhere on the property. -This is a large private estate with multiple buildings and outdoor areas.Guests use the property and all facilities at their own risk. -From time to time, our staff may access outdoor areas only to carry out essential property duties, including feeding chickens, ducks, and sheep, as well as routine garden maintenance. -These visits are brief, discreet, and scheduled during daytime, and staff will not enter the house or disturb guests. -Please note that there is a separate storage shed / warehouse on the property which is private and not included in the listing. -This area is locked and not accessible to guests at any time. -External security cameras are installed for safety and property protection. There are no cameras inside the house or private indoor areas.
