Take a break and relax in our accommodation located in a village near Genlis, a town with all amenities. Close to several highway accesses. Located 15 minutes from Dijon, Capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, 25 minutes from Dole-Jura Airport (Dole-Tavaux) via the A39, 44 minutes from Beaune via the A31 and 1 hour from Besançon via the A36. Fully equipped studio, quiet and not overlooked, with independent entrance and wooden terrace overlooking the garden in the heart of a small village in Burgundy. The space The studio is composed of: - A sleeping area* with comfortable quality bedding (bed 140 x 190 cm) - A dining/work area with a table and chairs. - A bathroom with hydromassage shower, vanity unit, toilet. * Please note that this is a sleeping area and not a separate room. Cozy studio designed for 2 people. For more flexibility, a 3rd bed (90 x 190 mattress on the floor) or a baby bed can be added on request with an extra charge. To do this, add an extra guest and let me know by message if you need the mattress for 1 person or the crib to prepare the accommodation. In the kitchen area: induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishes, filter coffee maker (coffee, tea, sugar provided). Linens and towels are provided and on your arrival the bed will be made. Please note that the entire property is non-smoking. This studio on the ground floor is extended by a private wooden terrace where you can have your meals. Easy and free street parking in front of the house. Bakery in the village next door. If you prefer to check in independently, please let us know. We will then send you the detailed instructions and the access plan to the accommodation. To ensure optimal cleanliness and to respect allergy-sensitive guests, pets are unfortunately not allowed in the accommodation.
