The house next door

Welcome to our little country house in the heart of our beautiful Haute-Savoie! Here there is room for disconnection and relaxation but also, if you wish, there are plenty of wonderful places to discover and plenty of activities for young and old! We have a central position between Annecy, Aix-les-Bains and Geneva! Lakes, mountains, cities, forests and so many more... You will discover this beautiful house completely renovated in a "countryside-bohemian" style in a green corner! The space Located next to our home, this little house has been completely renovated! You will enter through the solid wood kitchen open to a cozy living room with a convertible corner sofa and a TV corner! For the sleeping area, there are 2 bedrooms! One has a large 160 cm bed with a "sage green" theme, the other bedroom, "Terracotta" is equipped with 2 90 cm beds that can be joined to make a large 180 cm bed thanks to a bed bridge. Of course, there is a bathroom with a large shower all in travertine for more charm! In summer you will be cool thanks to the air conditioning in all rooms, in winter you will be warm thanks to the pellet stove! The warmth of wood, without the hassle of lighting the fire! We provide you with the pellets, everything is programmed, you just need to fill the tank!!! Outside, enjoy a green area where you can eat, relax, admire the magnificent view and even play petanque!!! A little extra for families, there is a small cabin and games for the children!!! Guest access The entire place will be for you as well as the balcony, the grounds and the petanque court! There is only the large parking lot that may need to be shared but you will always have space!!! Other things to note We love to party, but this is not the place for that, please respect the quietness of the place! We do not accept pets because the accommodation is not suitable for them... Otherwise, come as you are!!! Linens and towels included. Electric car charging is possible at 2.5 kW thanks to a standard outlet outside. ⚠️ Only charge the car when the appliances are turned off; otherwise, there is a risk of a power outage! Consumption to be paid on site 😉
