The living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional people and a beautiful modern kitchen area. A sliding bay window providing a beautiful light serves the terrace and the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped: 2-burner induction hob, microwave oven, small fridge with freezer compartment, plenty of storage space, table, 4 chairs and everything you need to cook and eat. Adjacent to the kitchen, an office space is also at your disposal to work comfortably in peace. Outside, the private terrace awaits you equipped with 4 chairs and a table, two armchairs with coffee table to enjoy the surrounding countryside. The garden is completely private, as is the parking space in front of the house. Guest access Check-in is completely autonomous by means of a secure key box that allows you to check in and out completely independently.
