Enjoy dining together at the large dining table, the kitchen bar seating, or the outdoor dining area. Gathering & Dining There is more than one place to eat here. The main dining room takes a full-size table and sits directly off the kitchen, and there is a second living and dining area for a group that wants to spread out. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking a real meal rather than reheating one. With the indoor pool a few steps away, this is one of the few houses in the group where a long dinner works regardless of the weather. Guest access You have the entire house and the whole backyard, including the indoor pool, the hot tub and the patio, plus the driveway for parking. Check-in is keyless and on your own schedule. The day before you arrive you will get a message with the code and everything else you need. Other things to note Pet-Friendly House-trained pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay, before fees and taxes. Please register your pets in the reservation and clean up after them, especially in the backyard. Guest Limit Only registered guests are allowed at the property. From the 7th guest onward, a $39 per guest per night fee applies. Fire Place Please note that we do not advertise the fireplace as an amenity for the home since it's not available. No Parties or Events Parties, large gatherings, or unapproved events are not allowed. HEATED POOL, Daily fee of $150, with a minimum requirement of 2 days. Hot Tub Maintenance The hot tub is professionally serviced twice per week during summer and once per week during the rest of the year to ensure it remains clean and safe. Since the pool and hot tub are outdoors, it is possible for leaves or natural debris to accumulate between service visits, despite regular maintenance. Smoking Policy Smoking is not allowed indoors. Violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests may smoke outside and must dispose of cigarette butts properly. Smart TVs Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. Please remember to log out of your accounts before checkout. Wi-Fi High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. There is no cable TV. Landscaping & Pest Control Landscaping is performed once per week, and pest control service is performed monthly. Please contact us if you encounter any issues. Security Cameras For security purposes, there are two exterior cameras: • One at the front door overlooking the yard • One facing the garage and driveway These cameras record 24/7. There are no cameras inside the home. House Rule Violations Violating house rules may result in reservation cancellation, loss of the security deposit, and no refunds. Guests must park on the property and consume all available on-site parking before resorting to parking on the street.
