This entire room has a large air conditioner. Cooking, having breakfast or sharing a dinner here becomes a small daily luxury. The house has two bedrooms designed for absolute rest, both with ceiling fans. The master suite, with a private bathroom, offers privacy and comfort, with a serene atmosphere ideal for disconnecting. The second bedroom is equally cozy, perfect for family or friends. In addition, the house has two complete, modern and functional bathrooms for added comfort. Outside is where the experience is elevated even more. Enjoy private parking for up to 4 cars, which is unusual and highly valued. Exteriors, interior of the house… everything for greater tranquility and privacy. Other things to note The house has two cameras for extra security when the house is empty, which cannot be removed, but upon your arrival you can disable them by raising the tab that blocks their images. The house's water supply is provided by tanks, so we appreciate responsible use during your stay. This way, we help ensure that everything works properly and that the experience is comfortable and pleasant for everyone. We want your stay to be perfect for everyone, so please remember the following important house rules: Parties with alcohol are strictly prohibited inside or outside the house. Penalty: €500. If you are staying with pets, clean up any excess hair they may leave behind. If additional cleaning hours are required due to excess dog hair, an additional cleaning fee of €60 will be charged. Pick up your pet's waste inside or outside the property. Otherwise, a €150 penalty will be applied. Wash the cutlery, plates and glasses and leave them in the same condition in which you found them. If the dishes or appliances are not cleaned, a €100 fee will be charged. If the pans, ceramic hob, oven or microwave are left dirty, a penalty of €100 will be applied. We leave everything perfectly clean for you to enjoy. Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. A €200 fee will apply. Please respect neighbors' hours of rest. Excessive noise is not allowed after 12:00 AM (midnight). No extra guests are allowed without prior notice to the host, and they will only be accepted with the host's consent. A penalty of €500 will be applied. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Instructions: Clean up any spills immediately and do not eat or drink in areas with textiles. Please leave the house as you would like to find it.
